This statement has been prepared by Temp Work Solutions referred to in this statement as “We”, “Us”, and “Our”.

The users who log to Temp Work Solutions as guests and do not create their Candidate and Employer Profiles are referred to generically as “Users” or “You” in this statement.

Employer means the users who are seeking employees for employment purposes.

Job Ad is the advertisement for an employment position.

Collecting Information on Our Visitors

We collect non-personal information on the users who visit the site, including and without limitation, which sections of the Site is most frequently visited, how often, and for how long. These data are always used as aggregated, non-personal information.

IP Addresses

Our web servers of gather IP addresses to assist with the diagnosis of problems or issues with our services and to monitor the use of the site.


We use cookies to provide the site visitors a better browsing experience and customize advertisements that appear on Temp Work Solutions to your browsing preferences.

Registering on the website and creating an account are absolutely optional. A user does not need to register in order to contact the employer. However, the process allows you to take advantage of more tools, services, and resources to assist you in your job search. To become a Registered User, the user needs to submit some personal information, including an email address. The user may access or edit their information going to the Candidate Dashboard.

  1. Job Alerts

These are an optional service available to Registered Users. You can opt to receive email job alerts. Deleting or revising your email alert preferences can be done any time by going your own Candidate Dashboard.

  1. Uploading your Resume

You may choose to upload your resume so employers can view them whenever necessary.

Storage and Security of Personal Information

We take all the responsibility in ensuring the security of the system. It allows you to access your information at any time to keep it accurate and up to date. All the information which we hold for you is stored in secure servers protected in controlled facilities. However, you will be held responsible for events arising from unauthorized access of your personal information.

As a Registered User, you can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secured by maintaining the confidentiality of any password and accounts used on the site. Notify the site immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account by any other Internet user or any breach of security relating to your account.

Data Transfers

Sometimes, we transfer or disclose information to a 3rd party contractor, including a person or any other business companies outside the country.
